The Energy Efficiency Division is responsible for providing technical, economic, analytical and program design expertise to government to allow informed decisions on matters relating to energy efficiency, including the development of a comprehensive energy efficiency and conservation plan and the design and/or delivery of specific energy efficiency programs and services.
