Royalties Administration and Monitoring Division

Responsibilities

The Royalties Administration and Monitoring Division is responsible for promoting the maximization of fiscal benefits to the province through the negotiation, development, administration and monitoring of petroleum project agreements and legislation. The division also audits project costs and revenues to verify the accuracy of royalties paid to the province.
